• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Report on KPIs and contribute to strategic planning
• Stay updated on industry trends globally and in South Africa
• Represent Meta with professionalism and integrity
What You Bring:
• 2–6 years proven experience as a instructional designer
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Team player with a growth mindset
• Relevant certification or degree preferred
